Hello, I'm Wayne Kelly. I have been designing and building Swimming Pools for over 32 years. My goal is to give you the best in quality and design. I want to make your outdoor dreams a reality.

I am confident that I will organize your project with more versatility than any other builder in the industry. My experience comes from being in the field and on the job sites of hundreds of projects. My schooling consists of 6 years in drafting and architecture. Therefore I will bring the best of both worlds into your project. I approach your project from a different direction. I come to your home with one thing in mind, I am working for you. I will be available to you throughout the entire project. An important fact about doing your project through WK Design Consulting is that as an Owner Builder you maintain control of the project. You pay each contractor after they have completed their portion of work, not before. This way you know that each contractor has been paid and you avoid having liens placed on your property. Your not paying large sums of money after just a couple of the phases have been completed. Your pool is 1/2 complete and 90% paid for. Another important fact! You are going to realize a savings of 20% to 50% and have the quality of the best contractors in the industry.


How I prefer to get things started is with a wish list from you. What are your dreams for your outdoor space? I want to know what things you prefer to see outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, play structures, and what things you don't want to see, the second story window of the house next door or behind you. Some of these items may be constructed some years in the future. We need to consider them now so when the project does come to conclusion, it all ties together properly. I want to think about more than just a Swimming Pool. I want to think about safety, resale, traffic patterns and of course getting the most impact from a visual stand point. How will people walk through and around the yard with ease? We need to discuss what equipment is best suited for your project. I don't sign a contract or an exclusive agreement with one equipment manufacturer having to convince you why one equipment package is better than another. I can offer you what truly is the best for your application. Again this gives you more versatility. I will also provide you with a detailed cost breakdown, categorizing each phase of construction and the components within these phases. You will be receiving detailed information on each phase and the order that they will proceed. You will receive the specifications for the Swimming Pool and you will be getting literature of the equipment that we are suggesting.


When I come out to visit with you, one of the things that will make the process simpler is a copy of your plot plan. This is usually available from your title company or from some counties or cities. If you don't have this document, sometimes we can take all the property measurements and develop your plot plan with the footprint of your residence on it. The city or county usually requires easements and setbacks on this plan as well.
